Magento 2 Nexi XPay extension allows you to integrate the XPay payment gateway without further implementation on your website. It's a perfect online payment solution for shop owners from Italy and Europe.
How it works
Checkout page -> Redirect to Nexi payment gateway -> Return Merchant's website and create an order if the transaction is successful.
It doesn't create order if transaction is unsuccessful.

In order to use the extension, you need to have a merchant account provided by Nexi, and they will give you the credentials to access Merchant Portal

Security & PCI Compliance
The extension uses Simple Payment Integration. You can allow your customers to enter their sensitive card data on a page that is hosted on the Nexi payment website. Therefore, you do not have to comply with PCI/DSS regulations.
The extension does not save customer data on the Magento server.
